 After a discussion in Slack
 (https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/C9695RJBW/p1525374119000063),
 [attachment:43942.3.diff] makes the following changes:

 - Since the proximity of the two bubbles is very close, they have been
 combined to create only one pointer to dismiss.
 - The wording was updated to provide context of which menu item each new
 feature falls under.
 - Styling `h4`s in the pointer elements.
