Comment (by idea15):

 If we can change "The first step towards privacy laws compliance is to
 have a comprehensive Privacy Policy"

 to "You may be required to comply with national or international privacy
 laws. One aspect of compliance may require creating and displaying a
 comprehensive privacy notice."

 I'm happy with that.
