 I've been getting a lot of inquiries on how to use
 wp_add_privacy_policy_content so I wrote PRIVACY-POLICY-CONTENT-HOOK.md
 which we can copy into the plugin handbook just like EXPORT.x.md and
 ERASURE.x.md
