 @mnelson4 - we weren't going to automatically delete the user too - that
 is still a separate action for an admin to take after erasing their
 personal data. The rationale is that a plugin may say "no" to any
 particular erasing and then the admin can make the judgement call on
 whether or not that means they can erase the registered user account or
 not.

 I'll fix the ZIP mention in the markdown doc - that was a copy and paste
 error.
