 [attachment:43809.5.diff] expands on [attachment:43809.4.diff] by:

 - Properly ignore `auto-draft` posts (not `auto-save`).
 - Treat password protected posts like private posts (prepend `Password
 Protechted:`, only show post title and post ID).
 - Variable properties should be wrapped in curly braces (see
 https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/43440#comment:20).
