Comment:

 Something that should be addressed in following patches:

 * In translatable strings `#8217;` should be used instead of escaping the
 apostrophe like in `\'`.
 * If a translatable string has a placeholder a `translators:` comment
 should be added.
 * The indentation of the `if ( ! empty( $privacy_policy_page_id ) ) {}`
 block is off by one.
