 If that's the case we are doing it all wrong :) We'll need to "dump" most
 fields from the comments table from the database.

 However the guidance for now is that the "personal data export" should
 include only "private personal data" like email, street address, IP
 address, etc. That does not include publicly published data as it is
 covered under other laws and perhaps other licenses, and is available on
 the internet.

 It may be nice to have a way to export all comments by author email, but
 not sure if this is needed for law enforcement compliance.
