 Here are few suggestions for the ''Author'' box in the ''Edit Comment''
 screen:

 - Add an underline for the ''Author'' title (like in meta-box headers).
 - Remove the colons as they are not (usually?) used before inputs in wp-
 admin.
 - Adjust the padding/margin, similar to other meta-boxes.
