 Hello @birgire , thanks for your feedback.

 That's why I added some screen reader texts :) On the top of each cell,
 screen reader users will read "Added", "Deleted" or "Unchanged" label.
 Indeed, I added this because CSS generated content are not readable by AT
 users.
