 I'd suggest to wrap the new fieldset just around the two size inputs,
 leaving the checkbox outside of the fieldset. This would be a bit moe
 correct from an accessibility perspective, because the legend "Thumbnail
 size" refers only to the two size fields.
 I think it can also help to solve the checkbox alignment issue. Patch
 incoming.
