 Hi there,

 I was facing a similar problem. Tried all suggestions as listed here but
 none worked.
 Turns out, the customer-reset-password.php file in my child theme was
 somehow creating a conflict with the identical file in my parent theme.
 (yes, I don't understand how that can happen as both files are exactly the
 same!).
 So, I deleted the customer-reset-password.php in my child theme and just
 like that, problem solved!

 Hope this manages to help someone!
