Comment (by allendav):

 - OK, to try my patch, you'll need a site where someone (anyone) has left
 at least one comment (the more the merrier)
 - Then, go wp-admin > Tools > Privacy
 - Enter the commentor's username or email address in the box provided
 - Hit the button to start the export
 - You should see a table of all the personal data from their comments
 assemble
