 Added in [41800].

 In https://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/tags/4.9.4/src/wp-
 includes/capabilities.php?marks=326,348#L312 the `$object_id` parameter is
 referenced as `$post_id`. It should be `$object_id Object ID.`.
