 I love the idea of speeding up the process. I didn't notice any difference
 after applying the patch and using `WP_TESTS_SKIP_INSTALL=1`, though.

 I'll try to find some time to dig into it and see if I'm doing something
 wrong, or if there are some other conditions needed for it to work.
