 We've discussed that in #gdpr-compliance in Slack and the consensus was to
 add all privacy tools on one screen under Tools menu. It's not going to be
 just the policy page, there will be UI for anonymizing and/or deleting
 comments and posts, link to anonymizing/deleting a user, help/text
 explaining how each works and how that will impact the site, warning about
 change to the suggested policy text, perhaps a list of pending requests,
 etc.
