Comment:

 Considering `alt` can’t be made required and `title` gets already
 populated, considering also there are a couple pending tickets to try to
 improve the UI and move the `alt` field in a more prominent position, I’d
 propose to close the ticket. Discussion can continue on closed tickets,
 please do feel free to report any new argumentation.
