Comment:

 [attachment:43435.diff] adds an empty ( for now ) Privacy Policy page
 under the Tools menu so we can see how to start populating all the
 information in it when we're ready. I've also added the Help Bar on top
 with some dummy content as I'm sure we will create a Docs page with
 further information in the future as well.
