 It does work as supposed to, but I'm not sure the idea of having it 'pre-
 checked' is correct here. The point is to ask the user'if' he wants to
 opt-in for the cookie etc.

 By having it pre-checked it goes against that idea.

 It's the same principle as when you are to agree with Terms etc `none` of
 the checkboxes should be pre-checked. You only `check` what you want after
 reading what it is going to happen, we can't force checks as it's like
 forcing the opt-in itself in my opinion. We could ask this on the #gdpr-
 compliance though just to be sure.
