 Hello @dingo_bastard, this Trac is used for enhancements and bug reporting
 for the WordPress core software.

 We can't really enforce all plugin developers to add/use `composer.json`.
 If this is about the WordPress Plugin Directory I suggest to discuss this
 with the [https://make.wordpress.org/plugins/ Plugins team]. There's also
 a #pluginreview channel on our [https://make.wordpress.org/chat/ Slack
 workspace].
