 On a side note: Is there any way to REALLY block notifications from this
 ticket? Trac says I've blocked notifications, but I'm still receiving
 them.

 I've not been interested in this for a long time, mostly because people
 tend to interpret my comments however they like, bending and intentionally
 misinterpreting it (and also ignoring the fact that I'm not a native
 English speaker).
