 @fixw welcome to Trac!

 Following up on @swissspidy's comment above, do you have a reasoning you
 can detail?

 While there are several values for `get_bloginfo()` that just return a URL
 from a dedicated function (`pingback_url`, `stylesheet_url`,
 `stylesheet_directory`, to name a few), no new values have been introduced
 to `get_bloginfo()` in over 11 years when `comments_atom_url` was
 introduced (r4928).

 I also vote to close this out in favor of using `get_privacy_policy_url()`
 directly.
