 When I install latest version of WordPress, it shows me to update plugin
 "Akismet Anti-Spam"

 Both WordPress & Akismet Anti-Spam maintained by Automatic so, As per my
 belief whenever newer version of WordPress is release it should come with
 latest version of Akismet Anti-Spam.
