When someone gives consent to marketing through Cookiebot, they are giving
consent to a "purpose". The purpose could be; online tracking for
''marketing'' purposes. They are not giving consent to individual cookies.
If consent for marketing has been given, then plugins should be allowed to
set marketing cookies or trackers.
It would not be particularly user friendly or efficient to give consent
for each individual cookie, say if there are 500 of them on a site.
