 I'd also like to highlight that we should re-evaluate our discussion
 result regarding the positioning of the notice next week: Some concerns
 had already been expressed about hiding the stats from the plugin card, a
 follow-up discussion on yesterday's meeting had some more thoughts (see
 https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/C60K3MP2Q/p1528132740000072).

 The general approach for the copy of the plugin card notices still stands,
 we only need to determine the final wording (about which the above
 discussion is also worth reading).
