 First of all I would suggest you to make sure you are using a fresh
 WordPress install with a native theme like twentyseventeen activated to
 test such issues.

 What you said does not look like a core issue to me. If you can reproduce
 the bug using the way I described, please reopen the ticket and clearly
 state the steps to reproduce.

 Trac is not meant for general, development, theme or plugin related
