 As @desrosj mentioned in #44588 the 'Copy' verbiage could be unclear to
 users and would be more explicit as 'Copy to Clipboard'.

 As well if #44588 does move forward to indicate 'Copied' then with this
 ticket that verbiage should also be amended to 'Copied to Clipboard'.
