 so when it first happen i thought its something rare and wont happen again
 but i think its a bug , so when i uploaded a picture in my content and i
 saw oh there is problem with picture so i edited picture (Words on The
 Pic) and removed the old one from my content and also from multimedia
 library but when i uploaded the file i Edited suddenly i saw the same file
 with the same wrong words on it so i thought it was my fault and i didn't
 save it but when i checked the file on pc it was saved and correct , so
 basically what i realize is when i try to upload an edited file with the
 same name immediately after i deleted the original from library it undoes
 the delete.
