 [attachment:"44600.diff"] is a Gruntfile job that runs `composer format`
 on changed files when `grunt precommit` is run. Changes won't cause the
 job to fail.

 When `grunt prerelease` is run, it will run across all files, and changes
 are considered to be a job fail.
