Suggestion: I'd go a little less formal in the heading, and edit the copy
a bit to make it a little more active and a little clearer, like:

**Prep for the switch.** or **Get your site ready for the switch.**

''The next major release of WordPress will enable Gutenberg by default,
and version 5.0 will get rid of the classic editor entirely. Prepare for
the switch now: Install the Classic Editor Plugin to continue using the
classic editor while you explore how Gutenberg works with the themes and
 plugins on your site.''

 > - The title seems ill-suited to the action we want people to take. I
can't put my finger on why, though.
 > - I think "point release" vs "major release" is an important distinction
here. I think major release makes it clear for technical and non-technical
 people alike.
 > - I wouldn't refer to adding the classic editor as a thing to do "in the
meantime" which makes it seem like Gutenberg lite or something.
 > - I would also put the ask at the bottom, and move the contextual info
 above it.
