 [attachment:"41316.13.diff"] is a first pass at implementing @kjellr's
 design.

 Styling TODO:

 - Fix the column widths.
 - Subheading paragraph spacing.
 - Link underlining.
 - Action button alignment.

 Functionality TODO:

 - Implement Classic Editor plugin installation.

 If someone feels like continuing with this, please feel free. I'll pick it
 up again on Monday.

 Note that this patch has been written against the 4.9 branch, not against
 trunk. 🙂
