 For those experiencing this issue:
  - Can you detail the version of PHP you're using? 7.0.something? 7.1 /
 7.2? Does changing that to a later version help?
  - What operating system & Version (Windows Server 20... or similar)
  - What PHP extensions do you have active (You can find this in the PHP
 Info output)
