1) I don't think it's very clear in any of the versions that this is a
beta plugin, and has the potential to break a live site if there's
incompatibilities. I think "Beta" and other commonly used terms should be
loud and clear rather than buried inside a paragraph of copy. It should
also be very clear that many of the plugins they use may not be
compatible.
2) What will happen to the prompt once they have installed the plugin?
Will it disappear or will "Install Gutenberg" change to something else?
3) If the prompt does remain, what if they install the plugin and dismiss
the prompt? Are there additional, clear links inside the editor being
added or a permanent admin notice to file bugs and get support?
