 As you can probably imagine, given my comments above, I like the third
 option the most, because it ensures that people who aren't steeped in
 Gutenberg understand that they have options. I understand that we have
 faith in it, and we want to express that, but with the coverage that
 WordPress has, across the globe, and all the possible dynamics of
 individual sites, making sure people know they have a way to try it but
 with an out (that won't break their site) feels way better. Just my .02.
