 Just came into my mind why thes links are using min-width, see
 https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/32253#comment:23
 Seems some plugin authors are implementing their own navigation but trying
 to still use the default CSS classes. In this case, when the links don't
 contain arrows but actually use numbers or text, we should make sure the
 links width can expand.
