 That's the standard IE11 UA. It should also work now, without the above
 patch.

 This will need more tests:
 - Is either `wp-tinymce.js.gz` or `tinymce.min.js` loaded?
 - Any errors in the IE browser tools console?
 - Does the TinyMCE demo work: https://www.tinymce.com/docs/demo/full-
 featured/ ?
 - If not: do you have any IE add-ons that may be interfering?
