 Yep, thinking that will work for this edge case. Alternatively (as
 discussed in #core-media on Slack) we can have a more stringent name check
 that looks into the names for sub-sizes that will be generated from the
 uploaded image. It would add `-1`, `-2`, etc. to the original image name
 if a possible conflict with the names of the sub-sizes is detected.
