 [[Image(Users list)]]For some reason, every time I attempt to add a user
 [[Image(New user)]], it removes all the users alphabetically below and
 inclusive of the new entry [[Image(User list post addition)]]. I cannot
 therefore update the extended profile or access any users under this
 entry. This has previously happened, so I removed the buddypress pluggin
 and reactivated it an this allowed me to update the entry and reinstated
 the missing users. Although when I have tried this work around this time,
 it is generating a 500 Internal Server Error.

 Subsequently I have downloaded the "Health Check" plugin, as it has
 highlighted a couple of errors:


 -The loopback request to your site failed, this may prevent WP_Cron from
 working, along with theme and plugin editors.<br>Error encountered: (0)
 cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes
 received
 -Testing gears: The loopback
 requeshttps://core.trac.wordpress.org/newticket#t returned an unexpected
 status code, 500, this may affect tools such as WP_Cron, or theme and
 plugin editors.


 I have also completed a troubleshoot, removing all the plugins. At this
 point I was able to add users. I think activated the gears plugin first,
 which then cause my site to crash out- error 500.
