 Hey there,

 Welcome to WordPress Trac and thanks for your report!

 Have you tried to turn on `WP_DEBUG` / `WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY` in `wp-
 config.php`? There could be a PHP error that stops the page from working.

 I can't reproduce this, so it seems more like a specific issue with your
 setup. Does this still happen with all plugins disabled and one of the
 default themes being used?
