 Hey there,

 Thanks for your report and welcome to Trac! This has been reported a
 couple of times, see #41337 and  #41020 for example. It has been decided
 that taking control in that way is not a good idea. That's why #41337 was
 closed as "won't fix".

 Pro tip: Google helps finding existing tickets by using
 `site:core.trac.wordpress.org` in addition to the search term.
