 If you don't know the username, `admin` is often the default login. You
 may need to view the users by following the PHPMyAdmin reset instructions
 above and viewing the users table directly.

 That's the limit of help I can supply here, the clients web hoster may
 also be of assistance (Appears to be Zuver).
