 P3 (Plugin Performance Profiler) is a well know plugin... but not any
 longer supporting the current Wordpress version.

 Speed of a Wordpress site is one of the key topics, so I see a function
 who measures the page load time and split it down by plugin as an
 essential functionality to kick out these plugins which are causing longer
 loading time.

 Often there are similar plugins available and if I see that the one I have
 in use is causing longer loading times I can replace it by another one.
 This make pressure to the plugin developers to develope light plugins who
 have less impact on the page load time.
