 Oh, I didn't know this ticket exists. I've been implementing custom
 triggers for different locations in my [https://metabox.io Meta Box]
 plugin. The custom triggers from jQuery don't have priorities, so it's
 hard to know which one fires first, which one later.

 I hope this implementation of JS hooks will be merged into core soon. It's
 a big help for developers.
