 I am trying to install wordpress 4.9.1 on my https website but the browser
 (chrome 64.0.3282.186 & firefox 58.0.2) gives me mixed-content error when
 loading wp-admin/install.php and the page looks broken.
 after installing wordpress I cannot login with my given username and
 password and default page seems broken too
