 @richardkentgates as also @sami.keijonen pointed out, this ticket is about
 the login form username / email and password fields. As largely discussed
 in the previous comments, which I'd recommend to read, seems pretty clear
 there's no valid use case for a suggestion or hint about the expected
 format of a password or username. Even the email case is arguable, as
 users already registered with their email and they're not required to
 follow an expected format to login.
