 Hosting is telling me that the problem is because of this:

 This error is due to this error https://cve.mitre.org/cgi-
 bin/cvename.cgi?name=CVE-2018-6389
 Active IPS systems block access to that resource because of the above
 mentioned.
 You can access the site via HTTPS and you will no longer encounter the
 error but the vulnerability will remain and the site can be attacked via
 HTTPS.

 On this moment the website is up to date and I've tested with https and is
 working. I think it has to be a WordPress BUG.
