 There is no need for complicated solutions. All it takes is one more
 checkbox named "Remove previous categorization" and couple of lines of
 code. If you check this box, it will clear category info for selected
 products, and set new categorization as you select in list of categories.
 If you not check this box, it will work the way it does already.
