 Hi @liangzhilong at hotmail.com, welcome to WordPress Trac!

 The Template dropdown is displayed if there's at least one custom page
 template in the current theme. The latest bundled themes indeed don't have
 any custom templates, but if you switch to an older theme like Twenty
 Fourteen or [https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/template-files-section
 /page-template-files/#creating-custom-page-templates-for-global-use create
 a template manually], you should see the dropdown.
