 The question then becomes how do I get the images back again?
 Right now I had to open a backup and search for the missing images. Rename
 them so they do not contain æ,ø or å and then use Replace Media plugin to
 replace the missing images with the renamed images. All of this trouble
 because of the unique Norwegian characters.
