 Please do another review of the content so that we can publish it.

 On the core end of things, [attachment:41191.diff] implements the admin
 notice in core which links to the above support page. The patch was
 created from [this pull request on GitHub](https://github.com/wp-core-php
 /wordpress-develop/pull/1), please have a look for further information and
 reasoning on the patch.
