 Reached out to the team in #core-editor to confirm the count for
 Gutenberg. Seems this is the correct release to look at:
 https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/releases/tag/v4.7.0

 The new count is 73 bugs (28 core tickets, 14 GB performance enhancements,
 31 GB bug fixes).
